HBR Associates is a full-service Marketing, Advertising and Communications firm specializing in the real estate industry, but with capabilities in consumer products and business-to-business marketing.

In addition, the firm provides Investor Relations services including Annual Report and press release copy, media relations counseling and meeting planning.

HBR Associates has extensive experience in preparing marketing plans and advertising strategies and materials for residential real estate developers, builders, commercial developers and management companies.

HARRY SIMON ROSE

Harry Rose has over years experience in the real estate and business-to-business industries. He has held positions with three major real estate developers, and has provided advertising and marketing counseling for dozens of builders and developers.

Mr. Rose acts as the primary contact with clients and also writes all advertising copy, press releases, Annual Report copy and public relations material. In addition, he coordinates the efforts of free-lance artists, web-site designers, and production specialists and outside vendors.

Mr. Rose is a member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the National Investor Relations Institute, where he is a frequent events' speaker and the South Florida Advertising Federation. He has a BA from The University of Florida and a Masters Degree from The University of Miami.
